Playing Squad

Blimey! Two weeks to go in the season and yet another new member of the Chinnor family. Local boy and footie convert Tom Clayton has joined the suqad and the early indications are very favourable - he's fast, kicks well, handles the ball well and has good hair - yes, you guessed it, he a back.

Welcome to Charlie Timberlake who enters the fray competing for the position of hooker.

At a time when many clubs are losing their under 16 age-groups, Chinnor is going from strength to strength. We have lost three and gained three players over the summer, giving us excellent options in a number of key positions. Over half the squad come from Lord Bill's in Thame with the rest coming from  Aylesbury Grammar, Cokethorpe, Icknield School, John Hampden Grammar, and Pangbourne College.

Due to the uncompromising style of rugby we play and our inclusive selection policy, Chinnor under 16s continue to attract new players. We welcome all new additions to our squad whether highly experienced or relatively novice.
